01 Site Preparation & Demolition
Existing structures removed and the site prepared for construction.

Proper footings installed to suit site conditions and layout.
03 Steel Subfloor System
Steel bearers and joists installed to create a solid, level base.
04 Structural Steel Frame & Insulated Wall System
Structural steel framing installed, followed by high-R insulated composite wall panels that form the thermal envelope of the cabin.
05 Interior Wall Lining
These walls are lined with a durable acoustic-rated lining system that adds sound reduction plus extra insulation performance, and gives the clean white and marble interior look (not gib).
06 Roof Structure & Weatherproofing
Roof structure completed and long-run roofing installed early to achieve a weather-tight shell.
07 Roof Insulation Installed
Insulation batts installed in the roof to further improve thermal performance and comfort.
08 Flooring Build-Up
Floor system built up using thick fibre-cement board for strength and stability with insulation underneath.
09 Interior Flooring Finish
Finished SPC wood-grain flooring for a premium, durable surface.
10 Kitchenette Fit-Out (Included)
Base kitchenette installed with cabinetry, benchtop, sink, and appliances.
11 Bathroom Fit-Out (Included)
Bathroom areas finished with marble-look internal wall panels with excellent moisture resistance. Modern fixtures installed (shower, vanity, toilet). Plumbing connections completed as an optional extra.
12 Exterior Finishes & Decking
Exterior cladding completed using wood-grain finished panels for a warm, modern look with low maintenance. Decking and privacy screening completed.
